A new Drupal training book is currently being written by the folks at Lullabot. It is due out in Fall 2008. Formerly named Practical Drupal, it is now titled Drupal Jumpstart. It is geared towards Drupal 6. Angie Byron writes, "This how-to/recipe-style book will focus on several common types of Drupal sites and offer step-by-step instructions on how to build them from scratch."

I'm really looking forward to this book coming out. There is a real lack of step by step how to training for Drupal newbies.
